For Employers

Recruit On-Campus

  • As of July 1, 2020 the switch from the former CareerConnection (Symplicity platform) TO HANDSHAKE for posting opportunities was made.   As we are learning and making this transition with you, we appreciate your patience.   If you had an account with us previously, you should have received an email asking you to activate your account in Handshake.
  • To reserve an on-campus interview date, simply register and log-on to Handshake. (Luther’s tool for posting internships, full-time position, and part-time, seasonal opportunities, and on-campus interviews.)
  • If you are new to recruiting at Luther, your first step is to register with our office via Handshake (Note: We strongly encourage new employers who wish to recruit at Luther College to review our Recruiting Organizations Policy.)
  • Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email. We will work with you to arrange an interview schedule to meet your needs. Half-day or full-day interview schedules are available during the fall and spring semesters.
  • You may also schedule a company presentation or host an information table in a high student traffic area in the Dahl Centennial Union, the hub of campus activity.
  • Whatever your needs we will be happy to accommodate you. There is no fee for recruiting at Luther College. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 563-387-1025.

Post a Job/Internship

  • Email the Career Center a complete job/internship description and how to apply. OR
  • Register and post it on Handshake. (Luther’s tool for posting internships, full-time position, and part-time or seasonal opportunities).
