For students applying for admission in fall 2021, standardized test scores will not be required. Luther College believes in a holistic approach in evaluating each student’s application for admission. We consider your classes, grades, academic reference(s), extracurricular involvement, writing sample, and ACT or SAT scores. However, we understand that standardized test scores aren’t always the best indicator of a student’s ability to be academically successful in college. For that reason, submitting your ACT or SAT scores is optional. If you decide not to submit your scores, you will still be eligible for all of our merit scholarships and your application will be given the same level of consideration.
