Costs/Financial Aid

Students pay their tuition to Luther as usual.  There also is a housing and program fee (this covers books and various activities) of $2,500.00, as well as a $100 deposit fee, which students pay to Luther.

Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from Washington and for their food and incidental expenses while living in Washington (ach condo has a fully equipped kitchen; there is a Safeway grocery within walking distance and a Trader Joe’s two metro stops away).  As part of the program students receive a metro card that allows for unlimited travel.

The $250 Nonrefundable Application Deposit/fee is subtracted from the total housing and program fee.

Students should visit the Financial Aid Office regarding possible scholarship assistance and increased financial aid if that is needed.
