Every year Luther College Habitat for Humanity takes a Spring Break trip to a Habitat for Humanity build site where students are apart of the building community both at new build sites and at current Habitat homes. Students also immerse in the local community and go behind the scenes of the international organization. Throughout the year Luther College Habitat for Humanity members also travel to local Habitat Restores. In 2018 LC Habitat traveled to Little Rock, Arkansas. Unfortunately, recent trips have been postponed since due to COVID-19.

Luther College Habitat for Humanity trips provide amazing opportunities for the Luther Community to extend their passions beyond Decorah. Students become apart of a remarkable community that focuses on togetherness, commitment, and inclusion. We, as members of the Luther College Chapter, are beyond excited to venture on another journey to join together as a community of passionate and hard working people!
