Checklist and Deadlines
Use this checklist to keep track of tasks you need to complete to sign up for your ROAD Virtual Registration and Advising session—and before you arrive on campus in August. To view only the forms with due dates, click "Action Required." Note: If you are an international student or US student living abroad, you will not use this checklist. You will receive guidance from the International Admissions staff.
Log InLog in to see the status of your required actions. When you're logged in the last column will display:
- Incomplete: you haven't completed/returned the form
- Complete: you have completed/returned the form
- Unchanged: you haven't completed the form, but it's not required or may not apply to you.
- Nothing: this isn't a form, or it's not one we can check the status of from this page.

| First-Year Housing Form
This form does not show incomplete/complete status.
