March 6, 2014, the Iowa State Board of Education granted the approval of the teacher preparation program offered by Luther College. 

This action follows an on-site review and evaluation of how the program meets Iowa’s Standards for Practitioner Preparation. The approval continues until the next full accreditation visit during the 2019-2020 academic year.
