Thank you for your willingness to work with our methods practicum students during the January term. Clinical experiences offer students an opportunity to practice teaching after completing their fundamental education courses.

This experience aims to put that knowledge into practice and to give a real-world experience to frame the rest of their methods courses. Students will be in your classroom for three weeks and are expected to follow the contract day. During these three weeks, the students will be teaching a unit within your normal curriculum, and completing a Teacher Work Sample. You will be asked to complete a final evaluation at the end of this three week practicum. The benefit of your involvement is immeasurable and most appreciated.
