Students must be approved through Disability Services with an accommodation to use notetakers. This service will normally begin within two weeks from the date on this request, or no later than two weeks into fall/spring semesters (one week into J-term). Contact CAE with any questions or concerns.

Please provide the following information.

General Policies: Notetakers only provide notes for the class. You are expected to meet attendance policies for the class and be an active class participant. Notes are available from CAE on the day the notes were taken, or no later than 24 hours from the time of the last class period. Please notify CAE if you have a concern with quality and/or timeliness of notes received.
