Subject: Summer Hours and Holiday Schedule for Summer and Academic Year 2022-23

Summer Hours

• Summer hours will begin on Monday, May 23, 2022
• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (30 minute lunch breaks; total daily hours = 8.5 hours)
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (30 minute lunch break, total hours = 6 hours)

Note: 

1. College offices will officially close at 2:30 p.m. every Friday
   (We realize there are a few areas that do not follow the summer hours schedule)
2. Breaks will not be scheduled at the end of the work day

We will return to regular work hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday on Monday, August 15, 2021 (two weeks prior to start of classes).

Holiday Schedule—Summer and Academic Year

• Good Friday: Friday, April 15, 2022
• Memorial Day: Monday, May 30, 2022
• Juneteenth Holiday: Monday, June 20, 2022
• Independence Day: Monday, July 4, 2022
• Pre-Thanksgiving:  Wednesday, November 23, 2022- campus closes at 3 p.m.
• Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 24, 2022
• Thanksgiving Holiday: Friday, November 25, 2022
• The College will be closed Thursday, December 22, 2022 through Sunday, January 1, 2023
• • Staff will be paid according to their regularly scheduled work week
  • Christmas Holiday: Thursday, December 22, 2022
  • Christmas Day: Friday, December 23, 2022
  • New Year's Holiday: Thursday, December 29, 2022
  • New Year's Day: Friday, December 30, 2022
• Good Friday: Friday, April 7, 2023
• Memorial Day: Monday, May 29, 2023
